1Lower oxygen & cabin pressure slow circulation.
2Gravity pulls blood into your calves, ankles, and feet.
3That stiff, swollen, “concrete leg” feeling is pooled fluid catching up.
4Graduated compression supports healthy circulation while you sit.
They cover your feet, but they don't help with the pressure and pooling that happens while you sit.
Most men avoid compression because they look clinical, feel restrictive, and aren't built for real life.
Movement helps, but on long-haul flights you're still sitting for hours. Compression supports you between walks.
The goal isn't just surviving the flight. It's landing with lighter legs, sharper energy, and less post-flight stiffness.
Dr. Woof was created by a family of doctors who know the risks of long-haul travel. Compression only works if people actually wear it. That's why we created socks that are effective, discreet, and comfortable enough to keep on for the whole flight.

Yes. The soft, breathable bamboo yarn and everyday 15–20 mmHg compression are designed for long-haul comfort. Put them on before you fly and wear them throughout the journey. If they ever feel painful, numb, or unusually tight, remove them.
They provide 15–20 mmHg graduated compression. The support is firmest at the ankle and gradually becomes lighter up the calf, helping circulation without the heavy clinical look.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Skip bleach and fabric softener, then air dry. Avoid tumble drying or ironing so the bamboo yarn and compression keep their shape.
Choose from Small, Medium, or Large, with Regular Calves and Wide Calves options. Match both your shoe size and calf measurement to the Size Guide for the best fit.
Absolutely. Wear them on travel days, long drives, work shifts, or anytime you will be sitting or standing for hours. They are designed for comfortable all-day support, not only time in the air.
